Placing an order

Once you create an account we will have your information saved on file; however, you may edit your shipping information online if you need to ship to an alternate address.
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. Your billing address is the same address as that of the credit card?s billing information. The billing information you provide must be the same information that your credit card issuer has on file. If your billing address doesn?t match what the bank has on file, your order will be placed on hold. This may cause delays or cancellations.
We are sorry that you did not receive confirmation of your order. Please contact us immediately and we will assist you.
Your order could have been canceled for a number of reasons. Please contact us either by phone at (520) 333 7238 or email us at Customerservice@LbeMe.com so we may get this information for you.
The charge you see on your account is actually a pre-authorization hold. This hold will drop off from your account according to your credit card issuer’s (Bank) policy. This may be a few days to a couple of weeks. You should contact your credit card issuer to find out exactly when the pre-authorization hold will be released.
Our company selects a range of sizes to be offered based on our experience with broader demand. We offer sizes from XS – XL and 00 – 13. When we run out of stock in a particular size, color, or item; it will no longer be shown online. You may also refer to our size chart.
In this case, please contact us so that we are able to further assist you.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept that  return. This policy is in place to protect our customer(s). 
We ensure that your personal information is private and secure and is not available to any third parties.
Please note that LbeMe is not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail. We will work with you to get a refund from the shipping agent if necessary.
When you create an account, you may specify that you would like to receive email updates about future offers and promotions.

Returns

Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase

  • The products must be in their unused, original condition, with all tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included (incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted)
  • The return must be requested within 15 days from delivery of the order
  • The customer initially takes responsibility for return purchaser

If you encountered any issue with the products your received but do not wish to make a return, please contact us. We will be glad to assist you in finding the best possible solution.

We will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting the refund.

Kindly consider this process may take between 5 and 10 days.

The refund is issued directly to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, and in the same currency. Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have requested the refund. The credit will be visible in your account within one week (for PayPal orders) or within one or two billing cycles (for credit card orders) from when you received our email.
